Photo Lamination

I've been laminating and framing a few photos lately, instead of using glass. Anybody out here have some in-depth info on this process, I mean can it hurt the picture in the long run, etc. Thanks in advance.

Check out "Care and Permenance of Color Photographs" by Wilhelm. I hope it's been updated. It explains much that you would be curious about.

What manufacturer's material are you using? Seal, Mactac and InterLam all make reputable products. Stay away from spray laminates...t
