Hello everyone,

I`ve just purchased an Arca Swiss B1, and although Really Right Stuff do a plate which will happily mate with my 80-200 f2.8, Bryan tells me RRS have dropped support for Minolta bodies (except the 9xi).

So, I wonder if anyone knows of another source that could provide me with a custom plate for my 800si body (with vertical grip).

Or you may have found a market niche you want to exploit for yourself.

The process that produces these plates can't be too exotic or expensive, and the materials aren't either.

I`ve emailled Kirk Enterprises, and had a look at their site. It doesn`t look good, no Minolta equipment is listed at all.

Any other ideas, anyone?
