I wonder if anyone has used the Nikon Coolpix 950 digital with external flashes (not Nikon flashes.) Please let me know how it has worked and if you have had any problems with either synching, the sync hook-up, or exposure match-up between camera and flash. Thank you.

I am interested in the same question. It should be possible, because even Nikon suggested a solution to connect studio flash units to the 950 with a combination of an AS-15 and an AS-E900 to make a 2-pin flash sync connection (on the european support page www.nikon-euro.com tips ans tricks...). But there must be a simpler solution to get a simple cable which converts from the 3-pin Nikon outlet to a standard flash sync cable.
