Folks,

Passions run very high when the subject of nuclear energy is broached. It's kind of like discussing politics or religion at a family gathering. ;-)

I do not want the euy2k forum degenerating into a referendum on nuclear energy. That's not the intent of discussions here. Postings with relevance to nuclear energy and Y2k are OK, but from here on out, I'm asking that any such postings be clearly related and have a strong tie to the Year 2000 issue.

i think we are on this site to examine a single entity, how the year 2000 computer problem will effect power generation and distribution, i think that we should keep our attentions focused on this issue and not let this forum degenerate. thanks rick alex
