I'm about to purchase one digital camera, I'm not too sure which model to go for; Olympus D-400Z, Nikon CoolPix900 or Kodak DC240. I'm a bit confuse as the remarks shown in the wed are almost comparable. Would appreciate if you can tell me which one will give a better picture quality and offer good features. I think their prices is almost the same range.

I would add the Epson 750Z to your list as well. It comes in about the same range as you are looking at. If you would like I could give you some information on it. I currently own the 750Z and like it very much.
