I had been using an older version on Photodeluxe and replaced it with Picture it. When I started using picture It and tried to retrieve photo files from "my pictures" folder my computer would freeze. I do like the Picture It program but have stopped using it because of the above mentioned problem. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct it.

I have had this problem only one time (recently). I spent many hours developing a .mix image and saved it just fine. When I went to retrieve it I received a message that I "didn't have enought memory to retrieve it" or something was wrong with the image file". It was 26meg. I have 96meg of memory and tons of disk. I cound't figure why either. I eventually deleted the .mix. Hopefully someone (Microsoft, ha ha!)will respond and we both will learn.
