I saw that new leaderboard point system and I had a suggestion: Keeping 1st place at 100 and all others a percentage of 85, rather than factor that by the position. I saw the bowling games and saw that with 3 300 scores, the 3rd one got 72 points, and it doesn't give me an incentive to try and add another perfect game. On other games that I'm not so good at I'm penalized not just by the score percentage, but by every different person who beats me. I was thinking about getting scores that would be 4th, 5th, 6th, and I would be happy with the percentage points, but it's no use getting a percentage of 40. Also, going back to the bowling (and other games like Shuuz and Dominos, etc.) I agree with Pat (on a lower thread) there shouldn't be a race to the first perfect score to lock in first place. Ties should be the same position. When m35b13 came out I waited for Zwaxy to update the script and I had to keep my eye on it because I wanted to put my Shuuz perfect score up before any one else - but why did I? Because the first one to put up 36 gets 10 medal points and 100 percentage points. Right now, sucks for all the people who couldn't upload before I did.

Agreed. If two people get the same score, why not award them the same points?

Answer: 'cos it was easier not to. Consider it on the 'to do' list... :o)
