When you buy VideoCD's from sites like videocds.com do they sell CD's that are in English, if so do they have subtitles on them?

www.videocds.com sells 90% all english movies with no subtitles. However the Classic VCDs and DVDs are from Singapore and have either or both Chinese Subtitles and Indonisian Subtitles. The Chinese movies are in Chinese(Mandarin I believe) and have English Subtitles. And no most Import VCDs are not in english. Many come from Hong Kong and are Hong Kong films with no english subtitles, however as I have said before movies from the United States, Russia, and Europe are kept in the original spoken language and subtitled for either Hong Kong or Indonisian countries. Many European and Russian VCDs also include an english subtitle.
