Anybody using a MAVICA FD-88 ? Comparison FD-88 vs FD-91 seeked. I was considering buying a FD-91 but changed my mind to FD-88 because of better resolution (1024x768 => 1280x960) and despite loss of zoom (x14 => x8). Also, which macro is best ? if you are interested in resolution and "overall quality of pictures", why are you looking at mavica? Mavica is significantly worse than the competition in both categories.

I had the same thoughts re F91; bought the F88 last week. Don't understand the Mavica knocks---floppy is the easiest and cheapest interphase. Great quality, easy to use. Entirely satisfie
