fake e-mail addresses ?

I read the statement about posting fake email addresses. If I check No to the Notify Me of Resposes, will the fake email address still cause problems to the board?

This one might be for the sysop but why have email addresses manditory but not authentic anyway?

try not to select one, like abc.com that exists.

Takes 5 minutes to set up a real email address for just this forum. I've never been "spammed" and I don't want to be; sounds like a terrible thing. But this email I use is expendable so I can just stop checking it if it ever gets troublesome.
