Eric, What is MS SQL 6.5 runtime? I have heard it is a smaller version of the SQL database. Also, do you feel a company would have to have a full time DBA on staff to maintain this type of database?

I am not aware of a smaller "SQL 6.5 runtime" and could not find any references to such a thing in the SQL Server Books Online or in the SQL Server usenet forums.
