Releasing an IP Address

Our Win95 machines need a routine that can release Ip addresses allocated by the DHCP server. In NT I would simply add a line to autoexec.bat calling ipconfig /Release. Winipcfg, on the other hand, doesn't expose its functions to the command line. Does any one know how I can release these addresses.

Yes, winipcfg has the same commands as windowsNT. but first you must update socket2 on windows95 and then you can use the commands in windows95. You can download it from www.microsoft.com good luck
