I like to use the program MSDMEN00 when I can't find something. Use transaction SA38, enter MSDMEN00 and execute. Enter a search term. You'll get a list of all the transactions with the search term in the title.

The descriptions in the list that start with "C" are the configuration transactions. From the list you can drilldown to any transaction.

For those of you who remember this program is the "old" Dynamic Menu from release 2.0.
