Transaction OY18 shows configuration changes made. History logging must be turned on by your Basis consultant.

Using this transaction you can see inserts, changes and deletes to configuration tables that have their logging indicator turned on. Select tables come in the standard system with this indicator already on. If you want to turn it on for additional tables change the logging indicator on the data definition for the table.
