I have an old Olympus SLR OM-2N. Is the flash synchonization setting for it 1/60 or 1/125? Also, when using flash do you turn the setting to "manual" or can you leave it "off." Thanks.

I have an Olympus OM-2S and an OM-G and they are both 1/60th sec for flash sync. I believe the OM-2N is the same. I am unsure as to your second question of setting to manual or off. Are you referring to the camera or the flash? If it is the flash why kind of flash is it?
