I've gotten a positive response from the person I asked to take over for me as sysop/moderator ... kinda reminds me of the lines from the current Star Wars movie, "He is the chosen one."

Anyway, I think it's fair to say that the forum will NOT shut down.

I'm guessing but it sounded as though you found yourself unexpectedly on the road to Damascus last week.Was it something someone said in Washington or just the overall impression that acted as a catalyst ?
