Y2K Pro has been called an asshole so many times in his life, that it does not even faze him anymore. That truly makes him an asshole! Imagine going through life and everybody thinks your're an asshole. You would think he would get tired of that! I guess once an asshole, always an asshole!

Deb, No thanks, I at least attempt to use my own mind to spell and don't write things like "they went into there car" like those who rely on spell checkers which check the spelling but not the correct antomym(sp). Besides being able to troubleshoot a mainframe computer problem down to chip leval overrides my tendency to spell "logically" if incorrectly.

I'm afraid you have me at a loss there. Fold a map? Yes I can. I can read schematics too. As fir embedded chips and systems, I have no problem understanding them. Digital Electronics is fun. And no... I am not new to the internet. I was using it 19 years ago on a daily basis. But back then you had to "dial" the number, listen for the "tone" and set the phone handset into the cradle of the modem.

Oh, just ribbing you. I just have a sense (maybe I'm wrong) that in this age of spell checkers, people who consistently (vs. occasionally) spell wrong are doing it on purpose. Making a statement of some kind -- like, I can't be bothered, my time is too important for all that. (Not that pea-sea spell checkers will catch everything, as you point out.)

Well, you said something like that - 'see I make mistakes, just not stupid ones...'

I had to admire the creativity of my brother who in grade school always got F's in spelling, so he launched a full-out attack on the English language and invented a system of fonetic speling. As a 10-year-old, he figured out every possible non-compound sound in the language and made a letter representation for it, and since he was going to flunk his tests anyway, spelled everything by his new system. The teacher was not amused!

Folding maps is something I'd much rather not know how to do, otherwise I'll feel I have to, classic DWGI I guess... Aaaanywayyy....

No, I didn't really think you were new to the internet.
