I found my brother Canon AE-1 camera and we are missing the instructions for using the camera.

The Magic Lantern guide Canon Classic Cameras is your best bet. It has a lot of good information in it. If you want an original manual you can try www.craigcamera.com The camera isn't really that difficult though, and doesn't really have but a few buttons that may need some explaining, so you can probably figure it out either on your own or with a little help.

Canon may have some manuals. Silver Pixel Press publishes the Magic Lantern series of books which are guides to using specific cameras.
