I have adapted a Sennheiser K6/Me66 without Phantom power to fit in the mic adapter via a having anXLR with micro minijack attachment at other end. Would like to know if placing a mic in this location on camera can I somehow use audio 2 option too at same time

only if you kick the camera back to 12 bit audio mode, which is a loss of quality, but i haven't tested enough to hear just how big a loss that is.
