y2k and meat preservation book

I am a certified sausagemaker, trained by a german master. I'm looking for help to put together a book on y2k and meat preservation or what to do with that frozen meat when the power goes out? I haven't published a book before and need some help to get the thing written, published and sold in the short time frame we have left. Any takers?
