Have anyone had bad experience with Kodak Customer Service?

It seems to me that Kodak Customer Service is mute. Or usually customers have to wait for months to get answer from them? I have called and sent emails to various Kodak sources, but haven't got any answer or solution from them.

This is an email copy I sent to Kodak, but so far haven't got any answer. I wonder if their contact addresses function. I wonder if others have experienced similar problem. =================================================================== Dear Sir, I purchased a Kodak DC-265 online from Onsale.com on May 11, 1999. My question is how I can obtain the European version of the free expansion pack. The American version coupon I got from Onsale.com is for the American resident only whereas I am living in Norway. Please let me know immediately to where I can send the Introductory coupon as the deadline is June 22, 1999. I prefer to send it to a Kodak agent in Norway as it is cheaper, toll and hassle free.

Another problem is that the battery charger I got is not equipped with international power plugs. So practically I can not use the charger in Norway. I have searched a suitable plug in all electronic shops in my town and found none. This is an extremely exhausting and disappointing endeavor (in addition of knowing that DC-265 image quality is much lower than that of Nikon COOLPIX 950, especially in macro pictures). I would really appreciate if you could inform me where I can claim the European plug for the charger. I would like to use the camera as soon as possible for web-publishing purposes.
