Seems to me that the question of what Y2K will ultimately boil down to, is answered by Government & Business every day. It goes like this: "Don't watch what they say. Watch what they do."

Yes, watch what they do. Watch big biz ( are they stocking up? ) How about the power generaters ( how much coal, oil, LPG ? ) How about the millitary? ( seems they are trying to store 3 to 4 months of staples )
