I am interest in bodybuilding for competition. I have been in and out of a gym for many years but never ate right or was concerned with bodyBUILDING. My question- I am at 108lbs, (five foot two), My body fat is at 15% and I want to know the most direct route. Work with what I have and worry about lean mass later?, or diet at competion levels to put on the lean mass to an extreme and diet back down for the sculptured effect. (My husband competes but more and more I am finding out that a woman's schedule should be alot different) Any insight?
