We are asking for things we will most likely never get. We can talk about the need for top down leadership all we want, but the reality is that we need to work bottom up and across the board. Yep. I must prepare like the Federal and state governments aren't going to fully make it...even if the President and governor continue to fail to get out and lead on the Y2K issue. If my pastor isn't leading on Y2K, I should still prepare...
