Very, very nice. I like the soft light, the diagonal composition, and the way the water leads the eye into the distance. Isn't it nice that such wonderful shots can be taken with a simple SLR and 50mm lens?

Jeff, this is as fine an example of a stream as I've seen. It's clean, excellent perspective and very well exposed; the motion of the water is beautifully conveyed. I also love the contrast of the mossy green rocks and the lighter green foliage in the background. The light is so even, must have been a great photographic momment! Donna

I wish there were a little more detail on the underside of the rocks, but that's after just trying to find something I don't like about this shot. Very nice... Reminds me that I haven't spend enough time in places like this in the Smokies the last few years.

Very fine composition, exposure and focus. It shows the value of taking a 50mm with you.
