On this evening's news KTVT has a phone line set up for concerned citizens to call in with their questions and Y2K concerns. Assembled is a four man expert panel to man the phones and answer questions. Among the panel members are a banker, an investment advisor, and someone who is 'expert' about the utilities, didn't get the qualifications for the last.
