The Department of Information Technology (DOIT) in partnership with the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES) is presenting five Year 2000 Business Continuity Planning and Emergency Preparedness Conferences. The purpose of the conferences is to assist state, local government, and local businesses to successfully meet the Year 2000 challenge. Business Continuity Planning Methodologies and Emergency Preparedness Management Issues will be presented to assist your organization in preparing for January 1, 2000. Year 2000 topics of discussion and planning include: * Business Continuity Planning * Emergency Preparedness * Year 2000 Communication * Financial Institutions and Small Businesses * Local Government Issues * Community Outreach
