Is it possible to play V-cd's on my chipped playstation without the need of buying a special card, and how will the quality compare with my P133, 32ram and 4MB video

Yes, you can. Simply purchase a VCD adaptor which plugs directly to the playstation console and you are ready to go. Cables are provided so you can then plug the playstation to the TV. The adaptor runs between $30 to 60 us dollars depending on the brand you are purchasing. Get a reliable brand. Alot of people purchase the Gamma Model 003.
