UTNE #4- "Mean People Suck" by Gail Mount UTNE Reader Jan-Feb 99 pg 35

This article amazes me. Not that it is full of thought provoking information but amazing in that anyone would publish it. As a matter of fact published not once but at least twice. ("Texas Journal" Spring/Summer 1998) The theme is road rage and is written as if the author gathered several high school students together and asked for examples of how to create and how to express road rage. There is no continuity nor line of thought. Just phrases and ideas strung together. Perhaps the Utnes thought they needed a space filler to go around the Macallan Whiskey and McCartney CD ads and scraped the bottom of their journalistic barrel.

Chlet, Wow! you really come across with a positive attitude about this article-NOT! I see what you mean though, I was also thinking that there shouldn't have been some helpless tree getting cut down for this obvious waste of writing. This of course is strictly my opinion and may argueably be biased.
