I just looked at the web site for a nuclear plant located just outside of Orleans. Their status doesn't look good to me: They just finished the ASSESSMENT phase in December of 1998. Their progress charts show the following:

MISSION CRITICAL SYSTEMS: 13 2 have been remediated
