After Marianne kindly posted the link to the responses by country for the International Atomic Energy Agency's questionnaire concerning Y2K programs among its members, I wondered how many nations with nuclear facilities had not responded.

According to the list and map at: http://www.insc.anl.gov/pwrmaps/map/world_map.html

there are 20 nations with nuclear facilities which are not on the IAEA's response list:

Argentina, Armenia, Belgium, Brazil, China, Cuba, Finland, France, Italy, Kazahkstan, Korea, Lithuania, Philippines, Romania, Russia, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, and Taiwan.
