Puddintame, I don't think you have ever been real close to a hurricane, especially one in the Leeward Islands. It doesn't matter if you are y2k compliant if the 'puters have landed on the east coast of Puerto Rico!!

(1) Yes, I think that Y2K may be associated with high wind...especially with what I've been seeing coming out of Washington, DC! (2) A hurricane plan isn't a bad place to START...especially if you are dealing with recovery from a total infrastructure loss. It also encourages the local population to stockpile food.
