I am looking for information on the history of the Fairmont Hotel furniture, specifically the nearly white, one inch thick marble coffee/end table tops from the Lobby. Replaced about 10 yrs. ago, during a remodel. They are beautiful marble slabs 48" x 24" x 1" and I'd like to know the origin, age - anything I can find out about the marble. The tables themselves no longer exist (to my knowledge), I only have the marble slabs. Thank you.
