This is the second time in a row that just when I have prepared an extensive answer and I try to send it through your system; I get notified tha there is an error, and the message could not be delivered. If at least the requester indicated his/her e-mail address I could get in touch from my company's e-mail.

There is a limit on how much you can type into the box. The limit is 4000 characters (two pages of text!). Right now, if you exceed the limit, you will get an error. I will set things up so that you get a warning if you exceed the limit, so that you can go back and fix things. For now, be sure to keep your messages under the limit.
