I would like to scan old glass plates (black or maybe rather brown and white negative images). Which scanner(s) would be able to do this Best regards

I do not see any answers to your question, but I have the same question. I would like to find a scanner that could process some old standard negatives (up to about 2x3 in) and glass plate negatives (4x5). I would like to scan some other old photos as well. Have you found anything that would work yet?

I'm in the same boat. I contacted HP and they simply said that they don't support glass plates without giving a reason.
