I have been self employed for 40 years and every check I mailed to the
IRS has been endorsed with a stamp by the IRS for payment to the
Federal Reserve Bank for payment for the Federal debt! Even My Social
Security payments went to pay of the Federal Debt!
The income tax payments are supposed to go to the US Treasury and
Social Security payments are to go to the Social Security Trust Fund!
The IRS requires the payment of income tax and social security payment
to be paid together with one check! How are they ever going to
seperate them if they have to be paid with one check?
The whole income tax system is one big scam, and nothing less!
Ex IRS agent Joe Banister will tell you so, if you do a search with
his name! You will hear it straight from the horses mouth!

Where did the money for various federal agencies to fix Y2K go?
Wanna bet that when they realized that they couldn't fix Y2K, that
each agency built a "Crisis Operations Center" or some other such
fancy-named bunker somewhere outside DC? The amounts of dollars Armey
is talking about could allow a lot of "dedicated, high-level, civil
servants" to hide their fannies during the social roller coaster ride
Y2K is certain to be.
