Why is the Olympus 620 more expensive than the upcoming C2000z? Or is the street price quoted just wishful thinking?

The 620 is an SLR. The C-2000 is a little point and shoot. I have held it and I don't want it. It is not the camera I thought it was going to be. It will be the Nikon 950 or Canon if I upgrade.
