We're Dallas County Public Works. We need info on digital imaging. We checked some local sources and found that to have them do the work would cost us $1.50 per image. To buy a digital camera and do the work ourselves is out of the question as we are told that the prices for a camera that would do what we need are $20,000 and up. Can someone provide us with any additional help. We need to know if anyone can beat these prices. Our deadline is Monday, May 3, 1999.
