North Korea Declines US Remediation Assistance

According to a short article buried in the first section of today's Wall St. Journal, N. Korea has declined US remediation assistance. After the assistance was declined, a US official stated that it's not that important because their nuclear assets are so old that computers do not play a crucial role.

The above is paraphrased from memory as I don't have the copy in front of me.

I presume the NK arsenal will still be pointed as South Korea. Hey, accidents can happen.

I recall S. Korea asking Russia (LOL) not so long ago to please, please, fix N. Korea's weaponry, that N. Korea acquired from Russia. N. Korea also claims to have ICBMs that can reach the U.S.

North Koreas ICBM's can't reach anything if they can't be launched.
