NeighborLinx.com "What's going on here?"

greenspun.com : LUSENET : NeighborLink : One Thread

This site has been created as a means for residents of Contra Costa County to: engage in the exchange of information, stay abreast of local Y2K issues, share information and resources with neighboring Counties and to support the local efforts of Contra Costa Y2K.

If you wish to contribute questions, concerns, information or resources to the site, simply click on the words "Forum Main" and then again on "Ask A Question". A simple template will guide you through the basic process of posting to this site. (This takes about 30 seconds!)

While inside "Forum Main", simply click on any headline that catches your interest. You will be linked to more information on that subject automatically and can also contribute your own insights, questions, etc. once you are there.

You cannot hurt anything on this site, so feel free to click away, experiment and most of all... contribute! This site was created for you, so use it to become involved.

Also... There are links on the homepage of this site, the page you first arrive at when you enter NeighborLinx.com. The categories such as Awareness, News, Communication, etc. have two levels.

"Local" links will present you with information contributed to this website by people like you. The information has to do with local Awarness, News, Communication, etc. as presented by a range of local residents and resources.

"Global" links will connect you with other websites and links outside of our little neighborhood, so that you can get information from sources around the world. These links are generally very balanced and informative and I encourage you to check them out.
