"Does K-5 Homework Mean Higher Test Scores?"

In this article, readers responded with "yes" and "no" answers. The arguments for and against the question posed to them were based on some good points. The nay sayers said too much homework becomes boring. Those that responded with "yes" said it teaches good habits.

I would support moderate homework within these grades. Students at this level have a very short attention span, making them unable to stay focused for a long period of time. Also they do not have good study skills yet.
