The purpose of the awareness campaign is to make the Millennium Bug issue personally relevant and to get people to take responsible action.
The campaign asks the public to ask the right questions of services, utilities and employers and to demand the answers about Y2K compliancy. Particularly at provincial and local government level where action is needed.
The campaign is currently running in National Press. A special television commercial was also made which flighted for the first time on New Year's Eve, dramatising the campaign theme of interdependency.
