Can I?

Is there a way to print only part of one of the post or would I have to print the entire page? Thanks for the info.

mark the text you want to print (or save for future reference) and then, within the edit menu, use the copy command. open your word processor to a new or existing file, and use the paste command to copy the marked text from the net to your file. then print, save, whatever.

i'm sure there are easier ways, but this is the one i learned.

Hi Mary! I don't know what type of system you are using, but with mine, after I highlight the text I want, I can click on "File," then select "Print," then click on "Selection." My printer will only print out what I have highlighted.

Mary, Point your 'arrow' at the beginning of the text you want to save. Hold down left click button on mouse and go over the text. When you reach the end of what you want to copy, release left click button. Part you want to save should be highlighted, in my confuser, highlights in blue. Right click on mouse. Should get an option to 'copy' or 'cut' click on copy or cut. If using Windows95, click on start, programs, your word processor program. When that opens, right click on mouse and click on paste. It should appear and you can either print or save. I hope this makes sense. duffyo

Mary,
I always keep the NotePad program open when I'm browsing. It makes it easy to copy and paste as described above. Then you can save your clip's and/or print them out.
