Does anyone know a resource for comparison shopping for new enlargers? I'm looking for something akin to a consumer guide. Everything so far is advertising. First time buyer for a B & W enlarger. Thanks.

Dear Mindy, Some photo magazines must run comaprative tests on enlargers. Although...is this electronic day and age? If it's any help: I have used a Durst M605 enlarger with colour head (35mm and 2 1/4 inch film) for over ten years and I think the quality, build and stability, ease of use etc) very good.
