We (Clinton) signed an Arms Reduction Act. We want to send the Batteries and Generators over there to keep the air free of radio- active particles for them, us and everyone around. We choose to interfere in their "Tit-for-Tat" war just because the Tat is harder on the Tit. Aren't we pissing them off enough; Rubbing it in their face (major damage). Yeltsin mentioned "Aiming and using long range nukes at U.S." if we put ground troops there. His mind is getting pickled and he may see the help as something to use rather than accept. I'm not sure exactly what logistics would be involved to make their life any easier since they are in the "dregs batch" of compliant nations to be. Pride may be the only thing for them to lose. I mean all we are doing is giving them time to turn off thier world, something that may be difficult for them to accept during these hostile times........This whole Y2k/War/Question is an inherent jader.

Perhaps that money would be better spent to educate the previous poster. Teach him how to spell and construct a grammatical sentence.

Hehehehe....I think I needed that spam. Constructive criticism is how I saw that one. I certainly got a laugh out of it because i realize how lazy i've become. I guess if I was a little more anal I would put more effort into it, however, at this point in time, punctuation has no longer become my priority.
