Hey Scotty!

Thanks for this post and for your kind offer to assist with specific questions. Y2k or no, I'm certainly learning a lot about how my grandparents used to live!

One thing though--you forgot my personal favorite title-- "How to s--- in the Woods." I'm not kidding! It's available at amazon.com.

I haven't read it, but had a great laugh just reviewing the title!

The Humanure Handbook by (I believe) J.C. Jenkins

-- Brooks (brooksbie@hotmail.com), April 20, 1999.

You guys, I am planning to make a bunch of space on one of my domains for "book reviews" of Y2K books. I am not talking about ordinary reviews (....written in a tense and dramatic style...) I am talking about people reading a book and then summarizing what they feel are the key, most important points of info and advice in the book. This is NOT meant to replace the book. It is meant to provide at least something, because nobody can buy EVERY book, and many people in the coming months won't have time or money to buy ANY. If y'all have those books, and would be interested in writing those kinds of reviews, that would sure be helpful.
