You might notice that from time to time "ads" pop up in this forum. They aren't really commercial ads and they are part of an experimental system which is controlled by Philip Greenspun who provides both the hardware and software for this forum, free of charge. I have no control over their nature or when and where they appear. Please don't complain to me about them, since I have zero control over them! Complain to (or praise) Philip (philg@mit.edu) if you must make a comment. Try not to comment in this forum as it simply wastes resources and diverts the forum from its intended purpose.
