I've been researching the field of I/O psychology for a while. I will be pursuing a graduate degree in that field in the fall so that I can get into consulting work afterwards. I have worked for the Department of Defense for a few years in Training Development and I'm very interested in the application of I/O psychology to the training development field. I am trying to get a feel for the job opportunities out there and what the career is like. If anyone has information about this topic I would really appreciate a response. Thanks.
