I don't post much;just lurk, but thought this was worth checking out. Any of you have any experience with them? Could save us a bunch of $$$ if it's on the up and up.

Please don't buy into that service. My sister got it and we have spent MONTHS trying to get it ALL off her computer. You have to install it from a CD. She could NEVER get online. Always busy, and most weekends their "servers" were down or they were moving, etc. She is still dealing with quirks in her email left by that sorry system.

He is RIGHT !!! They have NO LISTED TEL # to call; just an address in Austin, TX. NO WAY TO GET OUT !!! NO support AT ALL ! Once they have your money, your CUT OFF 12 to 15 times an HOUR !! Server down regularly from 6:30 to 8:30PM. I have been cut off 5 times in ten minutes. Only trying to get my $ worth by hanging in one more month; then , hellow AOL or anybody ! Sad but wiser Eagle.
