got the scanner hooked up correctly...got the drivers and software installed right..but when i go to scan the light only moved a bit goes back a bit goes forward a bit and makes a noise and then stops and i get a error 20004 message ..my question ..what is the problem and how do i fix it or just go buy a new scanner?
